3 staff members on duty. Met at door (social distancing at all times) offered bottled water if required. Knowledgeable staff and super helpful and friendly. Explained whole process of why we would not be able to use mouse unless we specifically wanted to. Card payment machine was thoroughly cleaned in front of us before use. Our payment requirements were taken into account and agreed. Wanted to pay quicker and this was achieved. Super nice team. Joshua was very nice and was not pushy at all. We did not feel like we had to order at the visit but this was our intention as to why we went back to dreams. Purchased bed some 12 years ago from dreams and it is still in tip top condition even after one house move and 3 bedroom moves. Would not go anywhere else for our bed. Keep up the good work Joshua and Dreams

The minute we walked into the shop hand sanitiser was at the entrance and the staff wore face visors, and were very welcoming. We visited the store before lock down and was served by a lovely man called Del. And asked if we would like to try the computerised mattress finder. Which was brilliant, so at least we knew which mattresses would suite our needs. We went away to think about which type of bed to purchase. We returned to the store and was served by a very polite man called Shaun. He was very patient with us as we decided which bed, mattress and pillows to buy. Once we had made up ouf minds all was completed accurately and promptly. All in all a great service
