We were greeted by Colin on arrival. He asked if he could help and I explained our situation. He invited us to try the machine that takes measurements and offered us water. He then showed us suitable mattress. He did not push us to buy the most expensive, he gave us time on our own to discuss. He was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy which was really nice. Really lovely man

We have purchased previously from yourselves and have been happy with purchase and after our visit today...by the way we were only looking !! We brought!! We are pleased with greeting and knowledge of staff member (Joshua ) also offered a mask ..i had my own but hubby did not, so accepted the offer thank you x All precautions were taken throughout our visit re Covid .No pressure to buy no rush to decide ..very happy customers !
