Colleague Collin Gallagher was great. Helped understand our needs, helped us choose a matres via the machine/tech, then took the time to let us try various options and help guide us through the process. Also helped deal with my wife's indecision :-) Helped us understand the value in spending £2k on a matress...... True sales pro. Followed up, did what he said he would. We returned to the store rather than order online (which we would of) due to the service he provided.
