Excellent PPE protection supplied, hand gel, gloves and disposable pillow slips supplied to enable us to try out the beds. Great shopping experience. Initially worried about going but was very pleasantly surprised. Able to try out what we were interested in and Colin was knowledgable and very courteous. Looking forward to our new bed being delivered.

Colin the staff member was friendly and polite and took time to listen to what I wanted and what and why I wanted a particular product he showed me options on sizes and colours and did his best to fulfill my requirements. The bed and mattress are always good I have used the shop before my last bed frame lasted 11 years hence I came back . The transaction of processing my order was quick and easy Colin talked me through every step. The delivery was free which is good and could deliver when I wanted so a good experience was had .
