Colin the staff member was friendly and polite and took time to listen to what I wanted and what and why I wanted a particular product he showed me options on sizes and colours and did his best to fulfill my requirements. The bed and mattress are always good I have used the shop before my last bed frame lasted 11 years hence I came back . The transaction of processing my order was quick and easy Colin talked me through every step. The delivery was free which is good and could deliver when I wanted so a good experience was had .
