Shaun was super friendly but not too much. I prefer help but not to be followed or constantly asked questions. He was great. Just the right amount of attention. Felt comfortable that he obviously knew his stuff. Really nice guy

Although being a Sunday there were a few internet issues with the systems (the mattress recommended device and then the ordering programme) Colin was very professional and patient and it did not affect our overall experience.

Colin gave me good advice over the phone in advance of our visit, and once in store he understood our needs and guided us to the most appropriate choices. He explained various benefits of different mattresses.
