Dreams - Waterlooville

We visited dreams not really knowing what we wanted, however Nicky at the Waterlooville store spent some time with us talking through the different options and was patient with us when we couldn’t make a decision. She was transparent about prices and what she thought was best suited to us. We went away and came back after some thought to place the order abs we were met with the same professional smiley welcome from Nicky

Friendly helpful assistance and advice, good suggestion as to mattress suitable for a bed used occasionally, markedly better availability compared to Bensons for Beds, flexibility over choice of delivery date, options explained but we didn't feel pressured to take things we really didn't need or want.

Never visited Dreams store before, from entering staff extremely welcoming and listened to what we were looking for and were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Service was excellent and we were delighted that the delivery date was within the week of ordering. Would definitely return to the store in future.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. They were happy to help when needed but left us to decide without pressurising us, gave us all the information to make an informed decision.

The salesman came to see if he could help, offered a drink immediately, much appreciated as it was a very hot day along with wearing masks, we were quite uncomfortable. Especially with a lack of air con upstairs.
