We made an appointment to see Colin for an assessment on the Sleepsmart machine. We were then shown a variety of mattresses that would suit our needs. Colin was not pushy at anytime which impressed us as we do not like that. We spent some time assessing the mattresses during which time he offered us coffee which we accepted. At all times he gave lots of information on each mattress we tried without any pressure. We were very impressed with his knowledge of each mattress and when we ordered one he gave us a delivery time immediately and the whole process of finance was very relaxed.

Super knowledgable and friendly assistance from Jaz. Thoroughly explained the offerings and showed me a lot of options that would best suit me with the budget I had.

Attention given by staff together with comprehensive product knowledge.

I thought the technology to get the right mattress was excellent and the fact it could be exchanged in a month was good.
