The member of staff was friendly, knowledgeable and relaxed. We felt nothing was too much trouble and that she was keen to find us exactly what we were looking for in no rush.

The salesman, Colin, was knowledgeable and took the time to understand our needs. We were given as much time as we wanted to try mattresses, going back and forth between different types. Colin answered all our questions made the visit informative, interesting and enjoyable.

We were greeted by Colin in a very friendly manner and he was very knowledgeable about the mattress. He gave us a cup of tea and explained about the bed to assess your sleep needs which we used. He was so helpful and patient which we tried several mattresses

Colin was very knowledgable and helpful when discussing my needs. He was very honest and not pushy about making a sale as some sales people are. He had good eye contact which says a lot about how he fully endorses the quality of the product he was selling. I didn’t feel rushed in making a decision. I am sure I have bought the correct product under his expert and trusted advice. It was nice to be offered a mug of tea too!

I was looking for the Hypnos mattress. There was only one in store. but I was able to confirm the firmness by trying a similar mattress which had firm on one side and medium on the other.. I was sure about Medium
