Dreams - Waterlooville

When entering the dreams shop in waterlooville we were approached with in 1 minute of being there he asked if we have ever been to dreams before which we replyed we hadn't he said for us to find the right matress without having to Lye on every one in the shop there was a bed that we could lye on that would tell us the best mattresses for us he said it would take 5-10 minutes and while we were lying down he went and made me and my girlfriend a cup of tea once it had finished he took is over too the 5 mattresses it had recomend for us to which we found one that was really comfortable for myself and my girlfriend we also explained to him that we where getting alot of pain in our necks and shoulders to which he replied it might be worth trying the tempura pillow which we found absolutely amazing we then decided to get the matress order that day and to get 2 of the pillows and left very satisfied customer

The member of staff that delt with us was very helpful. I had my 3yr old son with me who was doing what a 3yr old does and she was very understanding and did not get annoyed with him. Her overall attitude was fantastic 👍😁
