A gentleman called Colin assisted us with our purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable with regards to all of the items we needed and made us feel we were in very professional hands throughout the whole experience. Colin made us feel very at ease and satisfied we had purchased the correct products to suit us. We were also offered a cup of tea or coffee within a couple of minutes of entering the store which made us feel very welcome.

We knew exactly what we wanted but we're given plenty of time to try the different firmness levels. The staff just checked on us periodically.
