Staff listened to our needs and were highly knowledgable regarding the mattresses available. They gave us time to ponder over the choices while not feeling pressured to make a purchase. We are very pleased with our purchase in the knowledge that we have chosen the best mattress for us.

I got exactly what I was looking for with the help and advise given by Jaz at the Waterlooville store. I manage our company QIP quality improvement team and would recommend your person Jaz for recognition for a quality service. A credit to your company.

I knew exactly what I wanted and even though the store was busy, the guys were really friendly and sat me down straight away. I was all done and back on my way home within 20minutes! Finance sorted, delivery on a day of my choosing, and confirmation emails in my inbox.

Level of customer service was fantastic. Very very please with the information received.

Shaun was very good explained he was with another customer, but offered a tea and coffee and would be with us as soon as he was free He ran us through the types of mattresses available and suggested which ones would which would be best

Went in, was greeted promptly had a nice chat used the bed machine and found some beds that suited me, tried them out and was impressed and bought one, all really quick and really nice!

As soon as I entered the store I was offered assistance, and a drink. I was shown the products I was interested in, and any questions I had were answered. I was able to order the bed frame on my first visit, to take advantage of a free pillow offer that was on that day, and able to return with my partner the following day to choose a mattress to add to the order. There were several delivery dates available to choose from, and it seems it'll be easy to push the date back if necessary which is handy as I have not moved into the house yet, so in case of delay with that I'm comfortable.
