Service was excellent in placing the order (still awaiting delivery). Colin was an excellent sales advisor - we went in not knowing exactly what we required and he sorted it out utilising your 'machine'. He was friendly and helpful without being pushy.

As we were not too sure of what we were looking for the sales assistant was extremely helpful in helping us choose the bed that fitted our need

I had an idea of the items I wanted prior to visiting the store by looking at the website online. I was very pleased that the bed frame was on display, (and in the colour I wanted), and the mattress was also available for me to try out. The sales assistant, Colin, showed me how easy the lift up side of the bed was to operate and explained about the bed building service available. I was encouraged to get a 4’6” rather than a 4’ bed due to the wider choice of bedding available and also bought two nice new pillows. Delivery options were fantastic as I’m far from being ready to take delivery as early as I could have had it. So far, a very satisfied customer. Very satisfied

I used to work for Dreams and the new systems seem far superior. The ease of getting the good ordered and the credit was a blessing. The staff, and manager, at Waterlooville store were great. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Jaz was very knowledgeable about all the products we were interested in, we did not feel under any pressure to purchase. We brought a bed frame and she told us all about the tempur mattress we came home to discuss this item as it would be a big purchase. We did decide not to get it yet but it is certainly something we will consider in the future and will go back to see Jaz.
