When I entered the showroom, a salesman, Colin, came to ask if he could help. I explained what I wanted and he gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I purchased my sofa bed and it was delivered within the week. Superb and polite service with a smile.

Our experience was extremely pleasant and painless. The very lovely Colin in the Waterlooville branch helped me quickly find my daughter the perfect bed and mattress. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much effort and he felt like a friend by time we left.

Colin, at your Waterlooville store, could not have been more friendly, informative and helpful. His product knowledge was first class and personal skills exemplary. He did not make any attempt at pressure selling but simply identified our needs, gave his advice and recommendations then left us to make up our minds. Absolutely first class service.

Colin was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products on offer, he listened to our requirements and showed us various products with very varying prices and gave us an unbiased view. We left the shop to think over our options and returned the next day to make our purchase, Colin was day off but his colleague Shaun helped with our purchase and again was helpful and knowledgeable. Looking forward to a good nights sleep when our new Tempur bed is delivered.

We visited three stores in total and your assistant Colin was by far the most attentive and listened to our needs and came up with the right answers. The other stores were not Dreams stores but competitors on the same site.
