we were not sure at first if we needed a medium or firm mattress but after the sales person told us and helped us use your new machine to show us what we needed then we knew it was a firm one. He seemed to know what we wanted before we did! We would have bought a bed I saw in there last year {metal with crystals} but you know longer sell it.
