Ordered the bed Saturday with a Thursday delivery date, had numerous messages and emails keeping me up to date with delivery details, had a 2 hour time slot at the beginning of the day which was perfect and was even given the delivery drivers contact details and can registration number. The guys that turned up to build the bed were excellent, very polite and quick, great service!
