This was the first time that I have used your store and I was impressed with the computer controlled sleepmat. Del The salesman ecxplained everything very well and showed me a variety of mattress that would suit my shape and sleeping patterns.

This was a repeat order of mattresses we had previously purchased from Dreams for another bedroom in the house. These mattresses are very good quality and purchasing through Dreams has been a very easy and comfortable experience on both occasions. The prices we paid for them were high, but obviously, we accepted them, and the staff in the showroom did their best to give us the best offers.

Colin was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and happy to be guiding us through all options. He listened to our wants and needs and catered to these fantastically. He made us feel very welcome as soon as we arrived in store, offering drinks and making the entire experience very straight forward and enjoyable.

The young woman who helped me ,Jaz at the waterlooville store was kind courteous, Cheerful and knew her products Excellent.

Initially we were greeted then left to browse the shop. Colin approached in a friendly manner asking if we needed any help then left us to continue looking. We asked for help with the firmnest of a mattress where he directed us to a machine, which suggested we try med/firm and firm. He asked how much we wanted to spend then showed us 2 options, which we tried and then decided on our final choice. The offer of a drink while we browsed was a bonus too!!Really pleased with our purchase.

Happy with the welcoming staff and the good knowledge our assistant portrayed. I didn’t feel pressured yet he was efficient. Happy with the purchase and cannot wait to have our purchase in my first ever house!

Derek was a pleasure to deal with. He had a huge knowledge of the dreams beds and spend time explained the different types of mattresses and the one most suitable for my hubby who suffers with his back following an accident and surgery. Would definitely recommend Derek.
