I've never in my life had a shopping experience like the one i had at this store. We walked through the door and within seconds were greeted. As soon as we started to question things Colin poped up with every conceivable answer and was far more than helpfull. I explained how important it was for me to have a bed that would give my neck, back and shoulder the support it needed. He showed us to a device that would help scan my body to find a more suitable bed for me. Of the options listed one of them me and my partner found an intrest in. I explained to Colin that as of that day I was not able to purchase it, but would he be able to write me a quote up and i will be back in due time. He never pushed us, he never rushed us. He spent a long time ensuring we were both happy, he made us laugh and really feel like we were having an experience. Because of this level of service we went back and got the bed of our "dreams" ...see what i did there? ... so yes, Dreams thank you, but honestly and truthfully, the most thanks is to you Colin :) your a superb credit to that store. Your friendly, passionate, funny, professional. Thanks Colin :)

The reason why we were highly satisfied is the way we were treated with our needs put first and got to use the bed/ sleep analyser to find out what mattresses were best for us. The dreams assistant was very helpful and experienced as he new what he was talking about and very friendly couldn’t of asked for a better person it was a wonderful experience and we came away very happy.
