We were welcomed as soon as we went into the store. We were not pressured into buying anything. Colin directed us to where we needed to go, and then came up to see if we needed any help after we had 10 minutes to browse. Much better than having someone follow you around the shop!

Jaz was really helpful, knowledgeable and not at all pushy when it came to selecting the right bed for us. We were given time to lie on a variety of beds for as long as we needed and encouraged to go away and think about it rather than rush. Fantastic judge of our character in that we would have been driven away by pushier sales pitches.

Mattress already in stock. Was happy with the assistance given. Would of liked it to have been a little cheaper but on the whole was very happy.

The salesman took care to explain about the different types of mattress to help me choose the best one for me.

I'd looked online before visit, everything was really good, my only negative is the storeman didn't recognise the tempur free pillows with my mattress, I had to ask for them, I also didn't get a free mattress cover as the mattress I bought didn't need extra insurance, where as I thought he would of done that as a good gesture after not mentioning pillows.
