The Sales team were very friendly, interested in my needs, welcoming knowledgeable and efficient. The range of products on offer were of a good standard and value for money. The time taken to understand our needs was no object.

Very knowledgeable and helpful members of staff , Derek and Matt, guided us through our choices on our two visits to the store as we made our minds up.We were welcomed and made to feel very comfortable in the store.

Matthew the sales person who dealt with my order was efficient, knowledgeable about the products he was selling and polite.

I was helped by an extremely knowledgable young man called Matt at your Waterlooville store I had planned to look at other shops too that sold beds but he found everything I needed explained the comfort issues etc, I am completely furnishing a new home and this is the first of the beds just to move in with, I will certainly use Dreams again Thank You.

We went in store looking for a mattress to go with the bed we had already chosen from Dreams and that we were planning on buying online but as soon as we entered Shaun was straight over to help us and his colleague offered us a drink, we felt very welcome straight away. Shaun suggested we try out the Dreams machine to determine what mattress would best suit my partner and myself and we were very impressed with it. We were then shown a few mattresses that would suit us and fell inlove with the Therapur ActiGel Plus Rejuvenate 2200 SK Mattress. The bed we wanted online wasn't in store so we were prepared to just buy everything online later which is when Shaun brought up the bed we wanted online and told us he could have it delivered in a matter of just days for us. We are moving next wednesday and assumed it would be weeks for a new bed but he was able to book the mattress and bed for delivery on the day after we move. We are absolutely delighted with the level of service, quality and speedy delivery times and will 100% be recommending Dreams to all our friends and family.
