Colin, the gentleman who served me was literally a "dream". Lol. He was very knowledgeable, found the best product for me and did everything perfectly. This is the second time we have bought from him, and I couldn't reccomend him more. Thanks Colin. You're the best!

An assistant approached us straight away, and didn't give us a chance to look around first. However he was very helpful and knowledgable and gave me the opportunity to try out a lot of different mattresses.

It was a very easy atmosphere in which we were able to look at the options without feeling pressured. The salesman, Colin, was happy to answer any questions and explained everything for us. He was also very polite and professional. Everything was made easy for us.

Colin was amazing! I have a prolapsed disc in my lower back. Other competitors had just tried to “sell” me a mattress. Colin took time and an understanding of my issues and helped find what we needed. He wasn’t pushing for a sale he generally wanted to help! Which is exactly what he did. He even moved he mattress to a different bed base to ensure I was completely happy before I made my purchase. I am completely grateful for how polite, understanding, helpful and “non sales pushing” that Colin has been. Once I decided this was for us I called the store to place the order over the phone as my back was bad and I couldn’t drive to the store. Yet again Colin was brilliant going out of his was to even move my delivery date forward. Colin deserves recognition not only for his customer service but for his care towards us! Thank you Colin!!

We visited the store in Waterlooville on Monday. We walked in and were greeted by the store manager, Shaun. He allowed us to browse for a while before approaching us. He asked us open ended questions, and offered us the chance to use the sleep machine in case we were looking for a mattress. He asked us what we were looking for, and talked us through all of the options available to us. He used the in store visual monitor to show us our options. His product knowledge was impeccable and at no point did he make us feel pressured to buy anything. The speed in which he ordered out goods was amazing. I work in the retail industry and am a manager myself and know how quick people are to comment on bad service. Shaun was amazing from start to finish, and shows what a true manager should be like. Thank you so much Shaun for your advice and knowledge.

As this was the first time when buying a mattress for ourselves without having to be given hand-me-downs, the experience and process at Dreams was excellent. I would be very happy to suggest Dreams to others and I feel we received a very good deal.
