We were Highly Satisfied as we knew what we wanted when we went into the shop and the store colleague was brilliant and patient. He asked us our budget straight off which I appreciated and he worked with us on our budget but also made sure what got the best for what we wanted to pay. Colin was very welcoming and friendly and our experience was fun but efficient. Myself and my husband walked out extremely happy with our visit and purchases. Thank you Colin.

Very friendly service, good prices

Colin was my sales assistant he was very friendly informative and most importantly allowed me to make my own choices, without being pushy or favouring certain products it really felt like it was my choice

Colin who served me was very friendly helpful and seemed to have a great knowledge of the products. I felt like my purchase was my choice not a forced purchase by over zealous salesman. Colin was able to answer any questions I had and seemed to have a vast knowledge of the products. He was very helpful and not pushy.

Matt knew I was in a rush although still made sure I was comfortable and asked if I needed refreshments. There was none of the usual cheesy sales lines which I have received in store with another of your colleagues. Matt was very knowledgeable and provided some good advice and ways to keep costs down. Delivery was well within my tolerance as I have guests arriving next week and the purchase process was very quick.

Matt talked us through all the different types of mattresses , the workings and explained the differences so we had an informed choice . The service was friendly without being overpowering and pressurised . We had a look around the store , left to look at a competitor and came back as the products looked better and more suited to ourselves .
