We visited this store & from the moment we walked in, we were greeted courteously & promptly. We discussed our requirements with Colin & he suggested options. All through the process, Colin advised us, we tried a variety of mattresses, more than once to ensure we chose the right one for our needs. He also explained about the 40 day trial if we were to need it With a lead time of 6 days (or quicker if we had chosen), my wife & I are delighted with the service we have received Thank you & keep up the good work

Salesman were very friendly and helpful without being pushy in any way.

Matt was lovely. He gave us the opportunity to try the beds, offered us drinks, was genuine and gave good advice without being pushy and gave us lots of space. made it much easier to buy a bed and matress

Matt, made himself available for us, even to the point of missing his lunch as we had to go and order carpets from another store to set delivery times first, before completing our bed purchase to manage our project. Matt did explaine that we could change our bed delivery time, if we had problems with our carpet delivery and he was very helpful

The scientific approach taken to understanding our needs was really refreshing. The customer service was awesome and highly attentive.

As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by Colin such a difference to the last time I can in and bought a bed- friendly service - allowed me time to wander before coming to my aid

Very friendly and helpful service and good range of products

We were greeted by friendly staff members who allowed us time to browse on our own before coming over to offer help. We were shown a new gadget in store which determines the best mattress type for both my partner and I. The staff member helping us during our visit, Shaun then guided us to the mattresses which were shown as best suited and using his wide range of knowledge, he helped us to come to a decision fairly easily. We then explained which style bed frame we were hoping to purchase and he showed us to all the options within the store but also gave us the choice of the online stock too. With his knowledge on all products it made our experience an easy one.

Shaun was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the products that were suitable for both myself and my husband with regards to the purchase of a new mattress. Very helpful and friendly!
