The Sales man introduced himself and let us get on with browsing the store without sales pitch/pressure. He offered us refreshments and checked on us every 5 mins or so to see if he could help and to offer advice/support & alternative options.

Lovely gentleman helped me very informative not pushy salesman a good time sent looking around and then even made my husband a cup of coffee while I played and sorted out delivery time and date can't wait for my lovely new bed

The member of staff, Shaun, was very helpful without being "pushy". He showed us the special machine that Dreams have to measure your probable suitable beds and this coincided very much with ones we had tried in store. Shaun was happy to allow us time to think about this major purchase and struck just the right note between professionalism and approachability.
