I was impressed at the interaction of the assistant and understood my needs for the purchase on the day. I felt at ease in the store and was not pressurised at any time. I was given time to discuss the product with my husband also the price we could afford to pay.

I was greeted by Shaun the Manager at Waterlooville store. He helped with our requirement and offered extras that was not considered using his experience and product knowledge for us to get the value for money we required. He offered excellent service and made the transaction as easy as it could be. HE allowed a little extra discount which made me feel valued and that our requirements were high on his objectives to achieve. I would highly recommend the Waterlooville store and especially Shaun and i thank him for taking the time to make the experience pleasurable.

We had visited a few stores in search of a bed but as soon as we walked into Dreams we were greeted and he knew what we wanted straight away. Shaun helped us and give us the right amount of information on the bed we wanted and also got us a drink whilst we decided.
