The staff were very pleasant and helpful with my request. They were genuine and not robotic.

Matt the salesman was very knowledgeable about the products, explaining things very clearly. At the same time he was not too pushy, and my wife and I felt he was someone we could trust. We took his advice and purchased what he recommended. We are very pleased with our purchase.

We dealt with Shaun the Manager who was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and courteous.

We explained our criteria to Matt, the assistant, explaining the type of bed we need and how much we are willing to spend. He was able to give us a handful of options available to us and knew prices of each option and combination of divan and mattress. It was a very quick and easy purchase. We were happy with the price, the quality of product and the service in store. Most importantly we were impressed with how quickly our bed could be delivered. Thank you!

We came to buy a king sized mattress and also a double mattress from the Waterlooville store. Del greeted us quickly, was extremely helpful without being pushy and even made us both a lovely cup of coffee! He knew the products well, and did everything perfectly and with good humour. The other two gents working that day were also very nice but we didn't remember their names unfortunately. All in all a very pleasurable shopping experience. Thank you to the Waterlooville team.

The store is local and staff very helpful, the store does look a bit tired more so on the outside but the service was good.

We walked into the store and left alone for a short time before being approached by Colin, he asked us of our requirements and when given information showed us several mattress for us to try. He then gave us some room to have a look for a second time but not before offering a cup of tea. when we made our decision we approached Colin again who could not have been more helpful. We placed our order feeling satisfied we had received a very good service
