Dreams - Aylesbury

We literally popped in the shop to look at mattresses to get an idea of what was available and how much we would need to spend. Joe was excellent, offering us a drink and when we said we were looking, respected that and left us to look. He later offered to allow us on the mattress assessment bed and was extremely helpful and patient in helping us choose a mattress. No pressure at all. Thank you to Joe

Staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make the process as simple as possible. Not too pushy on additional items but gave info and left us to make our own decision.

Sean was very helpful in finding out our needs and showing us varieties of solutions for us to make an educated choice. He was not pushy, something I particularly hate in sales people, he asked questions and heard our answers with suggestions, not solutions he thought would solve our problems.

Left alone to wander, I hate someone on my shoulder it makes me want to walk out of the shop, Joseph came when we required him for advice, he was very helpful, did not try to SELL anything just advised. and explained why, I give him full marks he also SPOKE NICELY,

Just after a minute walking into the store in Aylesbury, we were greeted by Sean, he was really polite and asked about the reason we were there, after I explained that I suffer with back pain he invited us to do the test bed for 3 minutes to get the best result of what matress would suit me. Sean was very knowledgeable and showed us different mattresses, he offered us coffee and tea. He was really pleasant and understood my needs. He offered us a great service and we found a great matress.

Sean was incredibly patient and made us feel that we were his priory. He was incredibly helpful abs listened to us when it came to our budget too.
