My family were welcomed promptly after entering the store and all the staff were polite and helpful. We received multiple offers of Tea or Coffee and also met the Store Manager, this was a pleasant change from many store these days. After browsing the Ottoman Bedframes we were offered the use of the Sleepmatch machine. After this and taking guidance from Fran, who was very knowledgeable on the wide choice of products, I decided on what will hopefully be the perfect Bed and Mattress. Thank you

The agent was super accommodating with the kids as soon as we entered the store (which is half the battler when shopping) very knowledgeable, gave us time to chat about the options without pressure and made sure we tried the sleep machine and matched with our suitable mattress. We went in for a look and possible purchase in the future and ended up buying a super king and 2 bunk beds. The experience we swift and efficient without being rushed and I feel we ended up with a quality product at a decent price.

The salesperson that attended to us while we are purchasing our new bed was very nice and kind. His expertise in customer service was one of the best I ever experienced. He gave us the best advice on our chosen bed and we will definitely recommend the store to our family and friends.

We were extremely impressed with the member of staff that dealt with us. He was very knowledgeable about all the products we were interested in and although he was under pressure and on his own in the store, he never lost focus. We were offered refreshment and were grateful for the ease at which we purchased a new mattress.

Excellent and helpful sales team, polite and talked me through the different options and made my purchase at the store a pleasant experience.

Nice welcome from the staff and offered a drink. The sleep tight pressure tester was very good. John guided me through the process of choosing the right mattress and then we looked at headboards and bases. I didn't feel rushed and had enough time to try the different mattresses selected by the pressure tester. John also made me feel very at ease and was friendly to talk too. I didn't know what the best mattress for me was and didn't know where to start but the whole process went very smoothly with no stress (except the price tag but I know mattress etc are expensive so it wasn't a shock). Overall a really good experience.

As soon as we entered the store, we were greeted in a very happy manor, without the salesman being overly pushy, which is very refreshing! He took care of us (and our bored son) and listened to all our questions and requirements - didn’t make us feel rushed what so ever

Very pleasant experience, salesman (Sean) was informative, knowledgeable and helpful. Did not feel pressured into purchasing but were happy to buy the product because of the help and guidance received.

Sean who served us was amazing. He was very helpful and seemed to know what he was talking about. When we were in the store nobody approached us and one lady even hid from us and disappeared! Sean came out and approached us straight away found us our perfect mattress and pillows!!

I found sales person friendly and very helpful in making my choice for a new mattress.
