My experience while shopping for a new bed was very good! The sales adviser knew what he was talking about and gave me many options. I liked how quick the service was and I picked the perfect bed. I wouldn't have been able to do that on my own.

Very impressed with service provided and how friendly the staff were. We went in needing a bed very quickly as we've just moved house and our old bed wouldn't fit. Walked away with new bed and mattress all being delivered 4 days later.

John was very patient and provided us with a lot of options and advice. He also had to change our order which was not a problem - service was outstanding.

We were given initial information and the chance to try out all the mattresses that had been recommended. We never felt rushed or pressured and were able to take our time. Very pleasant sales person. Nice coffee.

Our store assistant was Fran (Francesco) and he was absolutely amazing. He really went beyond and above in helping us get the bed we wanted. He pointed us towards the sleep match simulator and we were able to find the mattress we were looking for. He was very polite and friendly and only his persistence in checking if we would be approved for credit made it all possible.

The member of staff (Fran) was very helpful and courteous.

We actually just went to the store in Aylesbury to have a look at what was available. (We are very staisfied with mattresses we have purchased from you in the lst 8 years from your now closed store in Bicester). We were met by a very helpful and frinedly member of your staff called Fran who dealt with us with great professionalism and efficiency and in no time we were married up with a suitable mattress and bed for us to sleep in at our daughter's spare bedroom in Brighton. We would like to commend Fran for his excellent service.
