Excellent time spent in store; knowledgeable staff to help, very helpful and understanding of my requirements, openly discussed the options I had previously looked at and brought in with me, offered hot drinks whilst waiting for assistance - not a single negative comment to make.

The moment I entered the store I was approached by a member of staff who used the bed with a machine to scan my body to find a suitable mattress for me.

The member of staff who dealt with us was brilliant, didn’t feel pushy at all just an all round enjoyable experience

We were looking to purchase a new mattress, very quickly a salesman approached us to offer help. He was really helpful and knowledgable. He asked lots of questions to make sure he could offer us the best mattress to suit our sleep needs. . We don’t generally like being bothered by staff when browsing but this particular young man wasn’t pushy in any way and truly knew what he was talking about, it was refreshing!

The knowledge and attentive service produced by John Kelly (908) made us purchase the products from Dreams. We contemplated other options but the welcome we received at Dreams, made us feel special. No forced pressure applied also helped swing the vote towards Dreams. We were informed by staff regarding products that are available and an array of suitable styles to what we were seeking. The experience was rewarding and we are extremely excited to receive the goods we ordered. Thank you Dreams and John. We found a location that we shall be visiting again shortly!
