Dreams - Aylesbury

I was visiting Aylesbury because a good friend of mine was having his car serviced and MOT at a citreon dealership in the town. I visited your store because my current mattress which I bought nearly 10 years ago was from my local Dreams store in Chingford and thought it was time i needed to replace it. I was impress with salesman Prashan who took me through the whole experience of going about getting the right in my case Mattress. professional friendly and explained everything I needed to know very well.

The mattress test was very informative. Francesco knew exactly where in the store the suitable matresses for us were. Able to describe suitability of each one. Result we bought a matress.

Prashant was a pleasure. I wasnt planning on buying on my day of my visit but due to value he offered I felt that I needed to buy the bed. He was attentive as soon as we entered. We used the sleep station and I jumped from bed to bed to make sure I made the right choice.

Staff were very warm, friendly and professional all the time. Prashant was very attentive to what we wanted and his expertise guided us to make the best choices of what we wanted. We were offered drinks which we thought was unusual....because these days in some shops you walk in and walk without anyone taking notice of you! We felt valued throughout and we got all the information and help. We could not ask for me. Thank you Dreams at Aylesbury 😊

John was wonderful, he listened to our needs everything we were looking for before explaining the amazing talking he'd.. Lol. John also has a fabulous sense of humour and was very easy to talk too. There was a sweet young lady (I think she is a straightener) that smiled and asked me if I enjoyed the mattress (after I almost fell asleep) I thought it was sweet of her to enquire.. Thank you

As soon as we walked in we was greeted by two colleagues. We explained what we wanted was told to go and lay on the sleep bed that worked out what sort of bed was suitable for us which was totally different to what we thought we needed and wanted. The young lady bought us coffee and biscuits and John then talked us through the results. He then took us with a pillow of our choice to lay on 4 different beds. We both agreed on the one mattress and then decided on a new base. John was so much help and very knowledgeable on what was best for us. Once we had decided on the bed he took us to pay and worked out a deal for us which had a saving of around 350. Overall a great experience with John's expertise. This was our 3rd time over the the last 24 years of buying a bed from dreams and wouldn't dream of going anywhere but Dreams bed store so thank you for the amazing experience over our adult life in the world of beds and wouldn't shop anywhere else. Very happy customers.

Sadie saw us looking and suggested we both lie down on the beds & the sleep computer would tell us what would suit us best. She was so friendly. With our results Sean helped us find the mattress that suited us best & that we both liked.

Greeted as soon as walked in,explained what we wanted and got what we wanted,a bit dearer than we planned but that was our choice

John was very helpful, don't think we would have brought a bed that day if he wasn't there. So a great salesman and a top bloke👍🏼 oh and the bed I lovely!

The assistant was very knowledgeable, he wasn’t pushy. He demonstrated the the electronic assessment and talked me through my results. Overall a very pleasant experience of buying a bed
