Dreams - Aylesbury

From the moment we walked into the store people could not have been more helpful and attentive. We were shown to the product that we were looking at online immediately and during that time the advisor told us about sleep match. From that moment on it felt as if we were the only people in the showroom and they couldn't do enough for us.

Friendly and helpful staff, quick service, good demonstration. Gave toys to entertain my toddler. Given drink and biscuits. Not rushed.

You had a very good range of different mattresses for me to choose from, and the man who served me was very patient and let me take my time. Sean served me. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was friendly, offered me coffee, tea, and just nice. He took time to show me various mattresses and explained all the different types. He was not a pushy salesman at all, which was a very pleasant surprise as often in big stores I have felt pressurised in the past, and that has completely put me off and stopped me from making a purchase. I hope all your staff are as good as him. I was very pleased with the deal I got, and the quickness of the delivery date. I look forward to getting a decent night sleep on my new mattress next week.

We had a sleep assessment experience according to our preferences. It analysed which mattress would best suit our requirements. We were offered lovely cups of mocha and a tea with biscuits while the assistant ( A lovely Italian gentleman named Franchesco) talked us through the various options available. He was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly.

As we entered the store we were greeted by Prashant who asked us what we were looking For. He offered us to try the sleep machine (not sure of name) which allows you to lie on a mattress and tells you which mattress type is best suited for you. We did do this and after Prashant helped us test out different mattresses according to our results. We also need some time to think over which mattress we liked, we were offered hot drinks and biscuits, this was a nice touch!! Prashant answered all our questions and we were very pleased with our in store service in Aylesbury.

We were served by Fran (The Italian guy!) he was very helpful.

We were helped by the assistant manager who offered lots of advice and seemed to know what he was talking about.
