We were greeted upon arrival into the store and were asked if we were looking for something specific. John asked us different question to evaluate our needs before suggesting different products meeting our criteria for us to compare. We were offered to try the machine that determines your ideal mattress, then tried a few matching our results.

The service assistant, Sean, was very friendly and seemingly couldn’t do enough to help us with our search for a new mattress. He guided us through the sleep tester thing (I can’t remember the name!) and then showed us a great selection of mattresses to really hone what we were after. He kept offering teas and coffees too, and eventually guided us to the mattress we’re very excited to have delivered!

The guy that served me was very helpful and friendly. I was in a hurry and he served me very quickly and efficiently.
