Dreams - Aylesbury

Pash let my son try different mattresses taking into account his opinion on each mattress. Even when my son decided to go back to the first mattress he tried Pash was very patient and friendly.

From the moment we entered the store we were greeted by a very cheerful and friendly man called John Kelly. We were asked what were looking for. John explained that we could do the Sleep Match if we wanted to. We found this to be extremely helpful in making our choice. We did have in mind what were looking for and the Sleep Match pointed us in the right direction. We were not rushed and there was no high sales pitch which you sometimes get and can be very off putting. We were not rushed and had plenty of time to try each mattress before we made our decision. We then looked for a bed frame and we had plenty of time to look and John was on hand to answer any questions. All of his colleagues were very friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend Dreams in Aylesbury. We would be very grateful if you pass on our comments to the team in Aylesbury.

We were very satisfied because we had certain requirements for the bed. We wanted a base that had casters, ottoman base, no head board but when we had looked at a head board that went well with it and fitted into our bedroom perfectly we brought that as well. We were also pleased to see you assemble the bed and take the old one away.

Dry impressed with the product knowledge of John the assistant manager and his efficient/helpful manner. This is the 2nd bed and 3rd mattress from this branch so they must be doing something right!

The staff member (Sean) was so helpful, he made me cups of tea and coffee and biscuits during my visit. he took he time to explain to me about all of the different mattress' and bedframes you had as well as explain the different coats of each. He was very patient with me while I made up my mind and he didn't rush me at all. Very helpful man.

Very friendly informative and helpful service

Helpful and friendly staff, I didn't feel pressured at all.

Sales assistant was extremely attentive, made every effort to be there every time we had questions. When I went in and explained what I needed, he took me straight to the mattress that fitted. Was friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere of the store was good.
