Me and my partner only visited the store to look at prices and mattresses we felt comfortable on. John the staff member working approached us and inquired if we would like to try the machine to understand what kinds of mattresses we should be looking at. We agreed and went through the process. We looked at the ones that the machine selected but through our discussion John thought of one that was not on the list that would be more suited. This lead us to place and order due to his understanding and friendly manner. He explained everything carefully and showed he understood what he was selling as well as trying to accommodate our needs rather than just sell us a product that would not be suitable to us.

We were approached within 15 seconds, and prashant understood our needs within a minute. We were offered to try the ideal mattress detection machine which identified what mattress is needed for our sleep. Then were given coffee and biscuits, to so sit and and relax for a few minutes. This was great for us we were tired and frustrated with our existing bed and have not slept for two days. After choosing our ideal bed and mattress, we had so many options to get it right. We think now walking into dreams for our bed was the best thing we did all day. So happy with it all.
