John assistant manager was excellent friendly knew his beds offered a tea coffee and biscuits in a mug not a grotty plastic one. Will be back to buy a mattress for other daughter next week

It was my first time going to dreams. I was very impressed. The store was clean, it felt open and spacious and had a fantastic range of products to try. I was greeted Almost immediately by a member of staff (Francesco). He couldn't have been better. I asked to be shown some specific. Mattresses. He described the differences between them and guided me to make the right choice. Couldn't be happier with the product and the service. Would highly recommend.

The agent dealing with our order ( pars), took his time with every aspect of our decision. From the quality of each mattress, to the price ranges and the monthly cost of each. He answered all questions and concerns that my partner had and was very thorough.
