Having entered the store on a 'viewing' mission I was impressed with the technology and aid provided by the customer advisor, John Kelly, to the degree that we ended by leaving the store with a somewhat lighter bank balance but very happy with the outcome.

Adviser was very knowledgeable about products and we were made to feel like valued customers, which is a rare thing these days. There was a good range of different types of beds to try out. We were offered tea & coffee, again a nice touch to make customers feel valued while looking at products.

John the store manager was amazing. Highly knowledgeable and very courteous. A great salesman. His staff were also helpful and not afraid to ask if they didn’t have knowledge of a product

Sean was both friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to our needs, did not try to rush us or talk us into buying one specific thing, but rather shared the options available and gave us the time to make our own decisions while providing advice and support. He was very personable.

From the moment me and my husband walked into the store we felt welcomed by John, we had no idea what kind of mattress we were looking for but John guided us and found us the perfect mattress. From previous experience we have always felt pressured into buying the most expensive but this time we felt at ease and John found us something in our price range. The whole process was super smooth and felt we got a fantastic deal! Thanks again John!
