John who helped me instore really knew the products, helped me find something great and really seemed to want to get me the best price and product for me

Very helpful, just 'popped in' to look at sizing of a certain bed we had seen online with no intention of buying yet. John wasn't pushy at all, but very friendly, helpful and spent time explaining and guiding us- great job, we didn't feel he had pushed us into anything, yet ended up buying a bed and mattress whilst in there.

We visited twice, the first time we met John who was amazing at helping us find everything we needed. The second time we met Paul who helped with the purchase. Both were extreamly helpful even whilst we have our children with us.best service we have had which is why we came back
