We found the sales assistant Prash very helpful and informative without being 'pushy'. We were given plenty of time to make our choice of mattress. We thought the try before you buy bed machine was a great idea! Also very happy with the delivery date and the price of the mattress is what we expected for the quality.

We were looked after by the store Assistant Manager - John Kelly. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We purchased a mattress for my daughter and he was brilliant with her. A fab customer experience.

Customer service was excellent. Francesco changed mattresses to help us visualise our plans. Meanwhile the kids were kept well entertained with the screen and we were offered coffee, which was lovely. We haven’t had the frame delivered yet, but the shop was a great experience all round.
