Dreams - Aylesbury

From start to finish John, the sales person on Friday 21st June at 11am, was great. He was attentive, had good knowledge and nothing was too much. I will definately be going back when i order a new mattress for my bed. My partner, who bought the items as extremely impressed and is looking forward to receiving the new bed on Friday.

The sales assistant John was very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Purchasing a new mattress and pillows at the Dreams store was a very positive and hassle free experience. Highly recommend this company and their excellent team.

John Kelly (jk38) at the Aylesbury store listened initially to our requirements and current issues and then guided us through in a knowledgeable and professional manner, patiently advising us in all the stages. His demeanour gave us confidence in that he was actually interested in our requests, giving us the confidence in his opinions. We purchased a bed, mattress and pillows.

Prash was very helpful and offered us coffee and biscuits which was very good. His knowledge of the product was very good and the overall experience was very good. Very happy with the experience.

John kelly was very attentive, knowledgeable, charasmatic and overall a delight to be served by. Plus made a great cup of tea! The store offered good value for money and made sure we went away with exactly what we wanted. In the end we bought a bed without really thinking twice!

We were greeted by John the manager. First class. He talked us through the different types of mattresses and beds. Walked the shop floor with us and gave great advise.
