previous visits to ensure help and products available. Manager available and willing to advise. time taken by Manager to help us choose the most suitable bed for our Granddaughter. we were able to afford a bed that suited our Granddaughters requirements.

The salesman in our local Dreams shop was very pleasant and he spent a couple of hours with us going through the options with us and I received an email and a text confirming the date when our new mattress will be delivered.

We were helped to our decision by a very knowledgeable sales assistant call FRAN code 908 who kindly suggested we use the electron bed choosing machine which helped him find the correct mattress for us and he then helped us choose the base and headboard. The delivery time appeared to be very reasonable and we await our new bed on 1st May 2019.

I am in my 80s and felt decidedly unwell during the visit. The salesman was very supportive placing a chair outside the store and providing me with water until I recovered. As a result I was able to complete the transaction without having to go back another day.

The knowledgeability of the store manager, John. Plus the use of the bed that analyses what mattress you need. Plus the patience as we tried out various mattresses. Also pleased that occasionally we were given space/time just to mull things over/talk between us, without pressure.

I was "measured up" by the "electronic bed" and it suggested mattresses. It was close to my thoughts on my needs.
