We loved the sleep analysis machine and were more confident in making our mattress selection when we saw its verdict. The assistant John was very knowledgeable and attentive but also gave us space to wander the store and think. The overall price was more than we expected to pay but since we found exactly what we were looking for and with the interest free option and free bed disposal we felt we had been offered a great package.

We had a pleasant experience during our visit. We were very well looked after and found exactly what we needed.

My partner and I needed a new mattress that suited us both, he likes very firm whilst i like the feeling of sinking on a cloud, and we always just 'settle' for a standard mattress that neither of us are happy with. With the help from john at dreams in Aylesbury we were able to find the perfect combination mattress firm but with a memory foam topper (but not too soft) john was amazing with his knowledge and customer service! Helping guide us to our perfect mattress! We have never been so excited (even counting down the days) for our new mattress.

We felt that the assistant, Sean, was very helpful in finding out what we were looking for and answering our questions on the products. We came away with the products we were looking for at a reasonable price and found the customer service very good.

The man who served us wa excellent. He explained the colour coding system and store layout then left us to browse. He checked in on us but was not invasive. When we knew why we were looking for he guided us to the most appropriate choice and ensures we paid the best possible price. I wanted to buy a mattress from him!

The colleague who helped us was extremely knowledgable and helpful. Taking the time to fully explain all the possible options, whilst listening to what we wanted and then making recommendations based around this. He was not pushy regarding other more expensive options and instead was keen to see that we got what we wanted from the bed. Very pleased with the service and hope the quality of the product matches this now.

Bought last bed & mattress from Dreams & very pleased with results so went there again to buy new mattress. Staff member was very helpful & made the whole experience very easy. Thank you
