Staff member was very knowledgeable and helpful with my purchase. Understood my needs and the whole process was very quick and easy. Very happy and now cannot wait for my new bed to be delivered!

Extreme friendly and not pushy service. Really tried to understand sleeping needs as comfort to help pick th3 best mattress. Very impressed with machine assessment. Ended up with a lovely mattress thatv8 would never have thought to try prior to talking to the sales assistant.

We were given plenty of information and a warm and friendly welcome, we were impressed with try before buy. Everything was explained to us when we went to pay delivery, taking away old mattress etc.

Peter the assistant was very knowledgeable and very helpful at all times. The use of the new sleep machine was a real bonus and made our decision easier to make.

We also used the sleep match service which helped narrow down the range of beds. The staff member remained available during our initial and then subsequent visit once we had made a decision. As soon as my husband and I entered the store in Aylesbury we were greeted by John with a lovely smile and a willingness to help, we were even offered a drink which was fab. We told him exactly what we were looking to buy and his assistance and knowledge were second to none. We didn't feel rushed or pressured into buying any products and John ensured we received the best deal possible. He even explained clearly about the measurements and what variations the products had to offer. The ordering and payment process was smooth and again we didn't feel rushed. John was very clear about the deliveries of each item and was open and honest about the timings. The customer experience was really one of the best ever from start to finish and that was all thanks to the helpful sales assistant John. We are very happy and satisfied customers.
