The customer service within the store was fab, someone greeted us as we entered, offered us beverages, great hospitality, very cheerful staff always smiling, very easy to talk to and deal with. helped with any queries that we had.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and explained the various mattress options thoroughly. The shop was well stocked with a good range of beds and mattresses. We were very impressed with the colour coding for the firmness of the mattress. The leaflet we were given with our receipt is very comprehensive. It is good to know our old bed and mattress will be recycled and the cost of collection was very reasonable.

Peter the sales assistant, although a new employee was affable and patient. He showed us the products we wanted to look at, allowed us to try all the beds and was knowledgeable.
