All the staff were very helpful and friendly, everything was explained and our needs were discussed thoroughly. We are confident that with their help we have made the right choice. We were offered refreshments on more than one occasions. Thank you.

The whole experience was a dream. Nathan made the entire procedure relaxing, stress-free and supportive rather like a Dream's mattress. It was a smooth process from the moment Nathan offered us help. I felt welcomed especially when offered tea or coffee while helping make my important decision. When Nathan aided my imagination by moving furniture and measuring the space, it provided me with the illusion of my future ideal bedroom. Nathan has given such a good impression for the Dream's store and I would happily return for future advice and purchases. I would highly recommend Dream's to my friends, family and colleagues if they would like the 'dream' experience.

Nathan who helped us was very informative. He spent time with us making sure we found the right product for our needs and was very courteous. The service was excellent and we would definitely go back to the Aylesbury Store.

From entering the shop it was nice & bright, the aisles were easy to walk through. The staff were very accommodating especially a nice chap called Nathan, really personable who dealt with us, he explained to us the differences between the mattresses & let us have a laydown to try the feel of same & then he showed us some pillows which he thought might be helpful noting that we mentioned that we both had a reflux problem & let us try laying on them, he was really on the ball. So we got off the bed before I nodded off. A very good experience & I look forward to Thursday to go to bed.

I was assisted by the manager of the Aylesbury store (can't recall his name). He spent a lot of time with me, explaining the colour-coding system to identify the different types of mattress, the attributes of different designs. Then he gave me time and space to test out the mattresses, answered the questions I had and gave advice too. Overall, a great, informative yet non-pressured sales experience.

we were highly satisfied with Nathan for his outstanding service making us feel welcome as soon as we walked through the door offering us a drink and a pillow so we could properly try the beds out.

Went into your Aylesbury store straight after work and the assistant was very keen to hep us, despite it being after 5pm! He was straight forward, friendly and efficient. He got us to lay down on three different beds in the range we were interested in and we were able to select the one most suitable for us. A first we were a little embarrassed about laying down in a store - but the assistant put at our ease and we quickly got into trying the different types - soft, medium and hard mattresses. I will definitely go there again but maybe before 10 years plus time!! I saw the advert on TV over Christmas and thought I would visit the store before the January sale was over. Very satisfied with the in store experience and looking forward to receiving our new bed on Saturday.

Very patient and helpful. I changed my mind a couple of times and John didn’t mind at all he was most helpful & patient!

Staffs are highly supportive and professional. Got lots of variety to choose. Highly recommend.
