Fantastic Staff helping me. Had everything i needed

Attended Dreams to look for a new mattress. Was met by a lovely man called John. He was very polite and was interested in why I was looking for a mattress (replacement, or for a special reason). I have a bad back and he was extremely knowledgeable of all the pros and cons of the different mattresses. He let us try two mattresses to find the best giving me appropriate supportive pillows so I could experience laying on the bed properly. He left us so we could decide which we preferred. He came back after a bit and reviewed our choice and then gave us another two to try. He answered all our questions and did not harass us to buy. He did not push the most expensive product he gave his advise and let us make the decision ( which was the most expensive one as it turned out). He was efficient and courteous throughout. I would definitely return to Dreams and recommend you to my friends and family. Well done John you are a credit to the company.

He luistened to our needs and guided us in making the right purchase for our needs.His product knowledge was excellent and we cannot praise him highly enough. what a pleasure to receive such a high standard of service in these modern times.Thankyou Nathan.

I looked online and saw which mattress I wanted, went to store in Aylesbury where I was greeted very courteously. All were helpful and I was shown the relevant mattress, Nathan then explained about delivery etc. and the deal was done. Staff were excellent.

Sean was very helpful and knowledgeable. Listened to our needs as we required 2 mattresses. He was also helping other customers but kept popping back to see if we needed help. He was able to answer any questions.

The sales advisor was great, understood what we wanted and we had a laugh.

Sean was attentive and knowledgeable, he asked questions so he could suggest the most suitable options for us to choose from. Very pleased with the service, product quality and price. We only wanted a mattress but bought two Tempur pillows after taking them for a test run whilst trying out the wide selection of mattresses available
