Sean the shop assistant was friendly and highly knowledgeable I did not feel pressured into buying the product at all. I have orthopaedic problems and I am convinced that I have selected the correct mattress suited to my needs thanks to the assistance I received

Sean who served is spent time explaining the best bed for us and another customer who he had seen the day before came in to purchase the items selected he called out to a colleague to assist them but stayed with us even though at the time a sale wasn't guaranteed with us.

Staff efficient, helpful, friendly. Viewed bed, short wait to make purchase but offerred coffee and seat. Transaction fast. Knowledgeable salesman. Have purchased from Dreams previously and always recommend.

Staff were very attentive, friendly and came across as being genuinely interested in any sleep issues you had and offering a solution to potentially help them. The discount off the mattress we purchased was a big benefit as was the free mattress cover given.
