Dreams - Aylesbury

Joseph from the Aylesbury store was super helpful. We needed a new bed and mattress really last minute for our new home. Joseph analysed our sleeping positions through a clever machine to find the best mattress suited to us and was very helpful financing our purchase. The bed we liked the look of most in store was out of stock but Joseph recommended a very similar option and we were happy to accept. Being a last minute purchase, we realised we had to wait 3 and a half weeks for delivery which we weren't sure how we were going to cope with, as having no bed for that amount of time was going to be an issue. However, Joseph supplied us with a high quality (and comfortable) blow up bed to see us through the period between purchase and delivery, we were even delighted to find out that the blow up mattress was ours to keep from then on with no charge at all. Would highly recommend this store, all staff were very friendly and we are so happy with our purchase. We are looking forward to the arrival of our new bed and mattress. John Kelly assisted us at the Aylesbury Dreams shop and he couldn’t do enough to help us. He was very knowledgeable, polite and quick at helping us decide our purchase and organising a swift delivery date and installation. We even got a coffee and help with our parking which was about to go over the 2 hour time frame. All in all a very positive experience.

easy to make right choice with the help of salesperson who knew their products ,very welcome in todays climate when lots of assistants know very little about the products they are trying to sell.

John was very helpful, didn’t hard sell or upsell. As a director of a company working within a sales environment I appreciated his honesty and no attempt to push us towards a more expensive but unnecessary product.

Great advisor, very friendly and he was great with our 8 year old. He engaged with her and got her involved by giving her ‘tasks’ to complete (like ticking off mattresses we didn’t like etc) I just as very impressed!
