Called in to research electronic beds. Stated that I would not be purchasing! Delighted with choice & availability. Enjoyable experience of kindness and caring attitude with no sales pressure. Made the purchase freely & happily feeling confident to have tried the bed and viewed my options! Very pleased!

Unfortunately i don't remember the name of the gentleman who served me, however i can tell you it was in the Aylesbury shopping park branch. He pushed my budget slightly but only so that i bought a decent mattress and not a crappy budget one which i am pleased about. He sat and went through everything that needed to be run through without boring the socks of me. And delivery was within a matter of days despite the online website telling me i wouldn't be able to choose delivery until after Christmas. Thanks Laura

The shop assistant Nathan was very helpful, polite, knowledgeable and listened to our requirements. As we were waiting while he sorted prices he offered us a hot drink. Nothing was too much trouble. He brought various pillows over to me so I could check the mattress properly. Very pleased.

I purchased a mattress from your branch in Aylesbury earlier today with the help of Sean and Nathan. They were both incredibly attentive and offered me all the help I could need and lots of warm drinks which was lovely and kind. Their service was impeccable and their knowledge on your products was outstanding. Being a manager myself and working in customer services; I have very high standards, and I am pleased to say I was blown away by the service I received today. Not only was it personal, informative and clear but it was also very relaxed and I really felt like I could take my time choosing the right mattress for me and never felt pressured by time or pressured into buying something out of my price range, both Sean and Nathan took on board what I requested and went out of their way to make that possible for me, which I greatly appreciated. When the mattress that I had my eye on became out of stock, both Sean and Nathan did everything possible to help me find an alternative that fit my needs and my budget, outstanding service, I will definitely be recommending Dreams as the top bed specialists to all my family and friends, thank you!
