Sean was very knowledgable about the products and he explained in a clear and concise manner. He quickly understood my requirements and preferences and took me through a process of elimination to find the right mattress for me.

The sales assistant Mr John Kelly was very accommodating. He offered me coffee and was extremely attentive and efficient. The item I had intended to buy was not available until end of Jan. Therefore he suggested an alternative which was better than my planned purchase. He included pillows and mattress topper in the deal. I was extremely happy with my deal. This is the second sofa bed I have purchased from this store the staff are brilliant and I have recommended it to all my friends and family.

The customer service was excellent, friendly and very knowledgeable staff.

We are returning customers from last year when we purchased a king sized bed. The member of staff (Sean) was also the one who helped us with our previous purchase. As before, we found him extremely helpful, polite, knowledgable and not at all pushy. There is an excellent amount of choice at the store and prices are competitive.

After a disaster of a time at one of your competitors which left us wondering if we would ever find what we needed for our very upset daughter, it was a delight to walk into your Aylesbury store and be served by Nathan. You had what we needed, could get it delivered promptly and the service was excellent.

He listened to our requirements and was able to recommend a handful of specific mattresses that best suited us. Overall very pleased with the service we received and cannot wait for our new mattress and bed frame to be delivered!
